Fantastic experience. We had an oil smell through the house from the furnace. ECE was able to come right away. Communication was great, the team that showed up were very courteous and friendly. They were extremely knowledgable and thorough to check for any potential issues. After finding no real issues, except needing a service which I expected, they did not try to sell me on new parts for no reason like some other companies would. They serviced our two furnaces and water heater and even provided recommendations on separate issues I was having with my AC. Pricing was good.

I’m incredibly happy with the service I received. Didn’t have hot water and called ECE to schedule an appointment for what i assumed would be a later date. Spoke to the owner Eddie and said he would send someone right over. Rolando showed up to service the boiler and was very professional, quick, and clean. Will be using ECE for any future services.

I’m so grateful for this company and personally Ed.. my son is on a ventilator and our central air had stopped working.., of course on a 90 degree day when nobody is available.. I’m a union worker and I asked all the guys on the site., but nobody could help me, by chance we called E.C.E. And we had a wonderful experience., fixed right away and it didn’t break the bank… other times we have called at night and on the weekend and of course 95 degrees and the only one that rescued us is Ed fromECE.. eternally grateful and happy!!!

I have a mold issue I'm trying to solve with existing HVAC company that's not helping me so I called ECE today and got Eddie on the phone. I was ready to have him come here and diagnose and perhaps help us out but he spent 20 min on the phone with me to save me more $$, he diagnosed the issue and told me how to mitigate the mold from recurring this winter based on his experience and knowledge from listening carefully. Wow!!! I've had 2 other HVAC companies unable to provide the suggestion and service Eddie did today for free. If we have another issue, we'll definitely have ECE come help us out after today's brief experience. Thx Eddie! Please remember us if we call in the Fall with an issue LOL. :)
