Asked around and did a search for someone to check out our 50 year old furnace which developed a slight drip. ECE was rated high and I liked that Eddie responded to the comments, especially the negative ones. I had called other plumbers but no one would return my call. I sent Eddie pictures/video of the leak and said he wouldn't touch it because it was so rusted. Eddie than gave me a quick price on phone to replace the furnace before he knew what was involved, but said his lead man would need to take a look. After Rob came by he saw we had 4 zones and would need a 5th for hot water (we had an old solar hot water system that died several years ago) and said Eddie would get back with me. The price was quite a bit higher than he originally quoted and I said I needed another quote. Again getting someone to call back was tough and when I finally got someone their price was even higher. Using ECE which specializes in HVAC was the better choice and we are so glad we did. Rob and his team came in early in the morning and worked very hard, especially removing the 100 gallon water tank. They left us a couple of heaters and were back early the next morning. The job took much longer than anticipated but they worked until after 8pm making sure all zones worked properly and all air was bled out. Was very impressed with Rob especially when he was able to take my joking around. Eddie was a pleasure to work with and very friendly. I highly recommend ECE.

Excellent!!! I found this company by searching for local HVAC repair companies on google after our AC unit went out suddenly. Eddie was very responsive and extremely helpful when my husband called. Unfortunately they were unable to come the same night we called but we didn’t call until after 7:00pm. Just like Eddie informed us a technician was at our house the next morning around 10:00 am. Our technician, James was very professional, explained everything, and was neat. Just like that the tech replaced our motor and the AC was working again. I could not say enough about this company and their professionalism and speedy service!! Highly recommended.

I called ECE due to a leak of our heating system. A lot of places have an answering service taking calls and you never hear back, but I was able to get in touch with the owner immediately. I texted him some pictures of the leak, and we determined it was okay to wait until the next day (no one was going to be home that afternoon to let him in). Eddie showed up when he said he would and explained exactly what the issue was (a clogged up, corroded condensate pump) and was able to fix it on the spot. He also called the next day to make sure everything was still running smoothly. I will definitely be switching to regular service with ECE. I can't think of another company where you talk to the owner and can you get his cell phone number if there are any problems. In this world of automated everything, it's so refreshing to have a real person (not to mention the owner) willing to talk to you. THAT is top-notch service!!

When our natural gas furnace broke , I panicked as to how we would find someone knowledgeable, professional and reliable to come in, try to fix it, etc. After speaking with Eddie, we went ahead with them to get the unit repaired. When it became clear that this furnace was too old to be fixed (it was 21 years old & kept popping fuses that were put in during the fixing stage), we went with a new Rheem gas furnace. We didn't have heat on the coldest days of 2022 so far and ECE kindly lent us their space heaters, even getting one or two off of another nearby truck. Eddie was knowledgeable and patient during this process. Installation day was great as Robby and his fellow worker did a great job. They kept us updated as they went with repair and installation. They gave us a fair price and provided the model #, copy of warranty and guaranteed their labor and gave us a service agreement.I am so glad we used ECE and wholeheartedly recommend them ! Eddie and his staff (shout out to Robby!) are truly great to work with.
